Wagtastic – the WODAC pet expo is back!

Save the date: SA’s most entertaining pet expo is back at Gallagher Estate from 14 – 16 July, 2017

From dancing dogs to prancing ponies, the World of Dogs and Cats and Pet Expo (WODAC) offers a full day of fun for families who love animals.

WODAC, Johannesburg’s best day out, is a three-day pet expo and a festival of entertainment. Take the kids to enjoy dog dancing and magnificent horses on parade, meet celebrity pets, and discover what breeds make the best pets for your family.

With special feature areas for cats, dogs, horses, reptiles and exotic pets, you can interact with a huge range of pet breeds, and buy treats and care products for your own pets.
There’s no end of excitement in the ongoing demonstrations and attractions at two arenas and a demonstration pavilion: see dog agility challenges and dog handling contests; view and learn more about koi fish and aquatic life, birds and reptiles; watch equine displays; and learn how to care for your pets. Speak to breeders and pet experts, and engage with animal welfare organisations if you are interested in adopting a new family member. The Department of Environmental Affairs will also be providing interesting facts and education on invasive species in South Africa.

20,000 people of all ages flock to WODAC every year to enjoy the fun and get special offers on treats, accessories and pet care products for their own pets. Don’t miss it!
WODAC Pet expo, promoting responsible pet ownership, will be staged from 14 – 16 July at the Gallagher Convention Centre. Featuring champion animals, scores of demonstrations and a huge range of pet products, WODAC is South Africa’s largest pet expo, traditionally attracting around 20,000 visitors each year.
