The Parlotones and Locnville combine for Redefined at Carnival City The best of South African rock and electronic hip hop collide at Carnival City in October when multiplatinum-selling rock band, The Parlotones, and multi award-winning electro duo, Locnville, come together for a rare music spectacular – Redefined .
