Proper planning when embarking on a residential project, whether it’s a new build or alterations, is critical but almost always neglected.

Our workshop highlights its importance for accurate costing. A checklist of essential activities will also be presented. There are numerous finishing elements in a home that require special attention because they dovetail with other activities and parts of the structure.

Specialist presenters will discuss these elements and details, for example boards and mouldings, from an aesthetic and planning point of view.
