Please see different lift options below. Ticket price includes food and experience. Drinks are not included and would be done through a cash bar.

Venue: Higher Ground Restaurant which is located on the St Stithians College Property– JHB.

Kindly note that guests would need to arrive 1 hour prior to lift time booked in order to register.

Champagne Breakfast Lift – R480pp – 45 minute experience
Times: 09h00 – 09h45
-Seasonal Fruit, Muesli and Yoghurt Verrines topped with Natural Honey
-Baskets of Muffins
-A Breakfast Wrap filled with Scrambled Egg, Bacon and Mushrooms, napped with a Tomato Relish.
- Two glasses of champagne

Breakfast Lift - R375pp- 45 minute experience
Times: 10h15-11h00
-Seasonal Fruit, Muesli and Yoghurt Verrines topped with Natural Honey
-Baskets of Muffins
-A Breakfast Wrap filled with Scrambled Egg, Bacon and Mushrooms, napped with a Tomato Relish .
-Filter Coffee/Tea/Juice Selection


Lunch Lift – R495pp - 60 min experience

Times: 11h30 – 12h30
13h00 – 14h00
14h30 – 15h30

Main course
-Stuffed chicken breast: Grilled chicken breast stuffed with creamy feta, Kalamata olives and sundried tomatoes, drizzled with basil cream sauce, served with potato wedges and grilled seasonal vegetables

Dessert
Frozen Cheese cake

Afternoon Snack Lift – R350pp - 60 min experience
Times: 16h00 – 17h00
Mini prege, Mini burger , Mediterranean beef kebabs, Chicken wings with a sweet chilli sauce.

Plated Dinner Menu – R750pp - 90 min experience
Time: 17h30 – 19h00
19h30 – 21h00

Starter
Salmon Stacker: Smoked salmon, tomato, avocado (seasonal), capers drizzled with a dill crème fraiche, served with homemade flatbread.

Main Course
Beef fillet tower: Medallions served with garlic snails, potato croquettes and seasonal grilled vegetables

Dessert
Frozen Cheese cake
