This workshop includes the following:

Light finger snacks on arrival. Drinks for clients own bill. Guests are invited to enjoy snacks at 15:30 so that the workshop can start at 16:00 sharp.

Start the workshop with an exotic chocolate tasting and learn a few interesting facts about the origin of chocolate.

Pair up with the person next to you and flavour your own delicious, fresh cream truffles using a variety of spices and oils. For a Christmas feel we are adding mixed spice, cinnamon, whiskey, cherry, Kahlua and a array of other flavours for you to enjoy! Once flavored, roll your very own chocolate truffles.

Big bowls of melted chocolate - white, milk and dark - for you to enjoy.C ut shapes out of toffee fudge, cover in chocolate and decorate in order to create your own fudge-centered chocolates.
Decorate your truffles and fudge centred chocolates with luxurious toppings including gold dust, cocoa powder and vermicelli.

Dip an apple into the melted chocolate of your choice and decorate to create a decadent and festive chocolate covered apple - makes for the perfect dinner favour! Decorating techniques will be demonstrated.

Create handmade chocolate treats from fluffy marshmallows, wavers, pretzels and a variety of decorations such as caramel crunch, vermicelli, and coconut flakes.


End the workshop by packaging your hand made creations in cellophane bags, tied with pretty ribbons.
