CARROL BOYES GOLD LABEL MÉTHODE CAP CLASSIQUE 2012
A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir

Selected parcels of chardonnay and pinot noir were meticulously selected on the high slopes of Franschhoek. Base wines were carefully blended to keep finesse and elegance, prior to bottling in 2012. Wines were kept for 28 months untouched on their ‘lees’ before disgorgement.

Elegant with a fine mousse, a delicate bouquet of summer fruits and a hint of biscuit and citrus follows onto a dry and well-balanced palate. Nuances of almonds and freshly baked bread fill the mouth and linger on the aftertaste.

Ideal partner to accompany oysters, grilled white fish, smoked salmon and sushi, cheese soufflé or other egg and cheese dishes, and with fresh strawberries for dessert.

Elegantly and distinctively presented with a vivid gold aluminium label, the Carrol Boyes MCC 2012 retails nationally for R200 at select grocers and fine wine retailers.
