Wherever, and whenever, we pop-up in Johannesburg our mission is to spread the gospel of 'que (that's short for barbeque). Everything from our ribs, chicken, brisket and pork to our sides has been meticulously developed and lovingly prepared to bring our community the best 'que that we can make. It also provides a foundation in the basics of drama, dance, vocal training and voice projection, together with a structured life skills course that covers a broad spectrum of topics to empower the youngsters to make sound choices throughout their lives.
