As the colder weather draws near join us outside for a morning in the SUN at the beautiful George Lea Park.

We have partnered with Milk Bar to provide you with all the goodness you need - they will be offering delicious specials.

Come back to source, to nature, to the internal rhythm of our hearts.

If this is your first Secret Session then welcome to the global movement :)

Secret Sunrise is an interactive dance session with silent disco headsets. It is a fun, energetic, mindful celebration that combines meditation, make believe and dancing. You will be given wireless headphones on arrival and our whacky instructors will guide you through a unique, themed session. This is the guided dance session that celebrates life, nature and others around us. Join like minded individuals who are not scared of radical self expression, movement, love, connection...and, of course, joy!

No dance skills are required - we don't have any either! All you have to do is let go and enjoy.

All ages and fitness levels welcome.
