comedian to play on this bill at the Hammersmith Apollo Theatre in London.

• Andy Parsons -
Andy started his career writing for Weekending and Smith and Jones,
then went on to become one of the main writers on the
ground-breaking Spitting
Image. Andy has performed on numerous radio and TV shows
including Live at the
Apollo, QI, Saturday Live, The Stand-Up Show, The Comedy
Store, They Think It’s All
Over, The PMQ show, Scrooby Trevithick and Parsons and
Naylor’s Pull-Out Sections.

• Nathan Caton -
Nathan Caton’s charismatic and laidback style of stand-up has seen
him quickly establish himself on the comedy circuit.
Regarded as one of the best
young comics in the UK, Nathan’s award-winning combination
of personal and topical anecdotes has led to appearances on BBC2’s Mock The
Week, BBC3’s Russell Howard’s Good News, BBC Radio 4’s Now Show, News Quiz and
his BBC Radio 4 sitcom Can’t Tell Nathan Caton Nothing.
• Romesh Ranganathan
- Romesh Ranganathan’s impact on the comedy circuit since
his debut in 2010 has seen him quickly make a name for
himself. From playing comedy clubs all over the country Ranganathan’s profile
has grown as has the respect from his peers which has resulted in him writing
for numerous shows and supporting the likes
of Seann Walsh, Bill Burr and one of his comedy heroes Ricky
Gervais.
Ranganathan won the prestigious Leicester Mercury New Act
Award 2013 and his
critically acclaimed Edinburgh Festival debut was nominated
for the coveted Best Newcomer Award 2013. Culminating in his debut appearance
on BBC2’s Mock The
Week, BBC1’s Live At The Apollo, BBC3’s Russell Howard’s
Good News, Edinburgh
Comedy Fest Live 2013 and a regular slot on Channel 4’s weekly
topical show Stand
Up For The Week.
• Stewart
Francis - Stewart Francis is a Canadian comedian, actor and writer. In addition
to his work in Canada and the US, he frequently tours in the
UK and appears on British television. Stewart delivers a deadpan performance
with many one-liners. Francis has headlined all over North America and the
United Kingdom. He has made 12
appearances on popular British panel show Mock the Week, and
has appeared on
Live at The Apollo. In 2012 he won the annual award for the
funniest joke of the Edinburgh Fringe.
• Darren Simpson
of 947’s Breakfast Xpress will be the host and MC of the series. In addition to
his radio and TV work, Darren has extensive stand-up experience. Highlights
of his comedy career to date include performing to a
sell-out crowd at Carnival City Casino and featuring in the 46664 “It’s No
Joke” comedy shows which played to full houses at the Sun City Superbowl and
the Sandton Convention Centre. He has also recently opened a comedy club, “Whackhead’s
Comedy Club”.
