STOKING THE COALS AT DURBANVILLE HILLS WINES THIS BRAAI DAY

Not sure if you want to braai this Heritage Day? Join Durbanville Hills Wines for a mouth-watering gourmet treat to celebrate one of South Africa’s favourite holidays, national Heritage and Braai Day (24 September).

Sit back and look out over Table Bay and its famous mountain while sipping on an award-winning wine. Head chef, Louisa Greeff, will prepare a delicious boerewors burger, with sautéed wild mushrooms and onions, crispy bacon and brie cheese, topped with a homemade tomato relish.  The boerewors burger comes with a glass of 2015 Durbanville Hills Sauvignon Blanc - all for R100.

The tasting room will have a biltong and wine pairing available with a selection of five biltong varieties paired with five different Durbanville Hills wines, for R90 per person.
