The Menlyn Boutique Hotel, a 5-star luxurious establishment in the heart of Pretoria, was recently awarded the “Best 5 star guest house in Gauteng” at the Lilizela awards at Monte Casino on the 1st of October 2014.

The Lilizela awards have been running for two successful years and are the new premier awards in South Africa.  The awards are hosted by organisations including the Department of Tourism, South Africa Tourism, Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and each provisional tourism authority.  The award winners are selected based on the feedback provided by guests, Trip Advisor websites and through a panel of judges.

The award which was proudly received by Quintin Wiehahn, Managing Director of The Menlyn Boutique Hotel, is symbolic of the exceptional quality service that the hotel prides itself in.  “We are delighted and proud to have won this prestigious award and we believe that this is a good indication of the values and philosophies that we uphold at The Menlyn Boutique Hotel. We thank all the staff that have contributed to helping us win this award. ” Wiehahn concludes.
